Juliana is the Operations Director at Blade Club. She possesses a B.Eng Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore and a Masters of Business International Marketing from Curtin University of Technology. Prior to her becoming a consultant and business owner, she was a successful project manager in the Exhibitions and Conventions industry, dealing in multi-million dollar projects.

Juliana started fencing in 2004 and very quickly got 3rd in Novices 2005 (Individual Women's Foil). Following a switch to Sabre, she got 3rd in Women's Sabre and joined the National Team from March 2005. Following her quick progression to become one of Singapore's ranked sabreurs, Juliana also started coaching at Blade Club since 2005. At the same time, she has also been assisting with coaching at CHIJ Saint Joseph's Convent, Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Edgefield Primary School.

She is a NCAP 2 certified coach, has First Aid certification, and is also a registered coach under the SSC/MOE Sports Education Programme (SEP).
